Welcome to Training With Mumen, and thank you for choosing us for your soccer training needs. These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and policies that govern the relationship between Training with Mumen and our clients. By enrolling in our soccer programs, you agree to abide by the rules set forth in this document, ensuring a smooth, safe, and productive experience for all parties involved.

 

We strive to provide high-quality soccer training that helps athletes improve their skills while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and respect. Please take the time to review these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they explain important details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, payments, refunds, client responsibilities, privacy policies, and more.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change, but to respect the time of our Trainers and ensure smooth scheduling, all cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance

  • If you need to cancel a soccer lesson, please notify Mumen directly. Failing to provide a minimum of 6 hours’ notice will result in a $25 late cancellation fee, as our Trainers have busy schedules and may have other clients to accommodate.
  • In the event that your Trainer arrives at the designated location without prior notice of cancellation, you will still be charged full price for the missed session.

We encourage you to contact Mumen as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid any penalties.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. All requests to reschedule a lesson must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling arrangements will be coordinated directly between you and Mumen. Both parties should confirm the new lesson time to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • If, for any reason, a lesson ends earlier than scheduled, the remaining time can be made up in a future session. You can discuss this with Mumen and agree on a convenient time to complete the remaining minutes.

Please communicate openly with Mumen to ensure a smooth rescheduling process and avoid any misunderstandings. 

Refunds

At Training With Mumen, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our soccer training services. That’s why we offer a full money-back guarantee on your lesson package if you are not satisfied with your first lesson. If you decide not to continue after the first lesson, you will only be charged for the lesson(s) you have completed. Any remaining lessons in your package will be fully refunded according to the following conditions:  

1. Refund Calculation Based on Unused Lessons:

The refund amount will be based on the number of unused lessons in your booked days and the original package pricing. If you booked multiple days and are requesting a refund for a portion of the lessons, the refund will be calculated based on the price per lesson within that package.

2. Processing Time:

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process. However, complications may arise due to communication in determining how many lessons were completed. If necessary, we may need to gather evidence to verify the number of completed lessons, which could extend the processing time.

Important: Please note that once a lesson is completed, fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time, resources, and administrative efforts involved in building a custom lesson plan and securing lesson availability, regardless of whether or not lessons are completed.  

Weather

At Training With Mumen, the safety of our students and trainers is our top priority. Soccer lessons will be canceled in the event of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to thunder, lightning, heavy rain, or any other hazardous conditions that could impact the safety of the lesson.

 
Mumen is trained to monitor weather conditions and will cancel lessons if they deem the weather unsuitable for outdoor activity. However, it is your responsibility to contact Mumen if you wish to cancel due to weather concerns.

 

  • If you cancel due to weather, you must notify Mumen directly.
  • Failure to notify Mumen may result in the lesson being marked as complete and deducted from your package.
  • Missed lessons due to weather can be rescheduled with Mumen for a later date.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe training environment for everyone.  

Payments

Once your registration is complete and you have finalized a lesson schedule with Mumen, Training With Mumen will send you an invoice via either Zelle or PayPal for the lesson booked during registration. Please note the following payment guidelines:

  • Payment Deadline: All payments are due at least 5 days prior to your first scheduled soccer lesson. Early payment is encouraged to ensure your lessons proceed as planned. If need special arrangements, please contact Mumen directly.

Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received within Same Day of your first soccer lesson, a $25 late payment fee will be applied. If you are experiencing issues with payment or need to discuss alternative arrangements, please contact Mumen before your payment due date. 

Invoice Issues

If you did not receive an invoice from Training With Mumen after your registration, please contact Mumen immediately at [email protected] or call us at 773-620-2727 to have the invoice resent. 

Group Lessons

If you registered for group soccer lessons and any other participants do not attend a scheduled lesson, you may reschedule with Mumen for a time when all students can participate. If you decide to proceed with the lesson anyway, a refund for the missing students will be issued and group discount pricing is taken off for the student that is there.

Public Field Fees

If we are using a public indoor field for rent for soccer lessons, any entrance or usage fees charged by the venue are the responsibility of the client. Please ensure all fees are covered prior to the lesson. I will work diligently in finding all free field usage options first. 

Code of Conduct Policy

At Training With Mumen, we are committed to fostering a respectful, professional, and positive environment for all individuals involved in our soccer training services. This policy establishes clear expectations for behavior from clients, trainers, and any other participants in our programs. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure a safe, supportive, and productive atmosphere for all.  

Respect and Professionalism

All parties involved in Training With Mumen activities are expected to treat each other with dignity, respect, and professionalism. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Respecting the opinions, feelings, and rights of others.
  • Maintaining open, courteous, and professional communication with trainers, clients, and participants.
  • Addressing any concerns or disputes in a calm, constructive, and respectful manner. 

Positive Interactions

We promote a culture of positive reinforcement and encouragement, particularly when working with students during lessons. This includes:

  • Encouraging students to improve their skills with constructive feedback and support.
  • Creating a welcoming environment that fosters learning and enjoyment of the sport.
  • Ensuring that interactions remain focused on improving athletic performance and personal growth. 

Prohibited Behaviors

Training With Mumen has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior, including:
 

  • Harassment: This includes verbal, physical, or sexual harassment in any form, directed at any participant, trainer, or client.
  • Discrimination: Any form of discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age will not be tolerated.
  • Abuse or Misconduct: Any physical or emotional abuse, or any form of misconduct, including bullying, intimidation, or aggressive behavior, is strictly prohibited.

Inappropriate Communication: Profanity, derogatory language, and any other forms of inappropriate communication will not be permitted during lessons or in interactions between clients and trainers.  

Consequences for Violating the Code of Conduct

Violations of the Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action, which may include but is not limited to:

 

  • Warning or Caution: In cases of minor violations, a formal warning may be issued to address the behavior.
  • Termination of Services: For serious or repeated violations, Mumen reserves the right to terminate the client’s participation in lessons or the trainer’s contract, effective immediately.
  • Legal Action: If the violation involves illegal activities or serious misconduct, Mumen reserves the right to pursue legal action, and the violator may be reported to relevant authorities.

Reporting Misconduct

Any client, trainer, or participant who witnesses or experiences inappropriate behavior is encouraged to report the incident immediately to Mumen. All reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and with sensitivity to the parties involved. We are committed to addressing all concerns to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our program.

Acknowledgment

By engaging in Training With Mumen soccer training programs, all clients, trainers, and participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this Code of Conduct policy. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in termination of services or contracts, as well as further disciplinary action as deemed necessary by 
Training With Mumen 

Availability and Scheduling Policy

At Training With Mumen, we aim to provide flexible scheduling for both clients and trainers. Below are key guidelines regarding lesson availability and scheduling:

Client Responsibilities

  • Scheduling: Clients must coordinate lesson times directly with Mumen.
  • Notification: Clients must notify their trainer at least 6 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a lesson to avoid fees.

Mumen's Responsibilities

  • Mumen's Availability: Mumen will notify clients promptly of any changes in availability or cancellations.
  • Communication: Mumen must maintain clear communication regarding lesson times and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Scheduling Conflicts

  • Multiple Commitments: Mumen may have other obligations, and availability is not guaranteed. Clients will be informed of any extended trainer unavailability and offered alternatives if possible. 

Accommodating Preferences

While we make every effort to accommodate scheduling preferences, we cannot guarantee availability for all preferred times. Clients may be reassigned to a different day/time if necessary.

Liability

Training With Mumen is not liable for any inconvenience caused by scheduling conflicts or trainer unavailability.
 
By booking lessons with Training With Mumen, clients agree to these terms. 

Equipment and Attire Policy

At Training With Mumen, ensuring client safety during soccer lessons is a priority. Below are the guidelines regarding equipment and attire:

Client Responsibilities

  • Required Equipment: Clients must provide all necessary soccer equipment, including but not limited to cleats, shin guards, and appropriate training gear.
  • Proper Attire: Clients should wear proper athletic attire and footwear to ensure safety during lessons. 

Trainer Assessment

Safety Check: Mumen will assess whether the client’s equipment is appropriate for safe participation; however, the final responsibility lies with the client.

Liability

Injury from Equipment: Training With Mumen is not liable for injuries resulting from improper or inadequate equipment. Clients are responsible for inspecting their gear before each session and replacing any damaged items as needed.
 
By participating in soccer lessons with Training With Mumen, clients agree to these terms.

Limitation of Liability Policy

At Training With Mumen, we prioritize safety but acknowledge that participation in sports carries inherent risks. Please review the following terms regarding liability:

Assumption of Risk

  • Client Responsibility: By enrolling in Training With Mumen’s soccer programs, clients acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in soccer and physical activities.
  • Physical Readiness: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they, or their child, are physically capable of participating in soccer lessons.

Liability Waiver

  • No Liability for Injuries: Training With Mumen, shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained during soccer lessons.
  • Personal Property: Training With Mumen is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during training sessions.

By participating in Training With Mumen soccer lessons, clients agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for any associated risks. 

Client Responsibilities Policy

At Training With Mumen, we aim to provide a smooth and effective training experience for all participants. To ensure this, we expect clients to adhere to the following responsibilities:

Punctuality

Arriving on Time: Clients must arrive on time for scheduled lessons. Mumen has limited availability, and late arrivals may result in shorter sessions.

Equipment

Necessary Equipment: Clients are required to provide all necessary soccer equipment, including but not limited to cleats, protective gear, and water for the lessons.

Supervision of Minors

Parental Supervision: Parents or guardians must remain present for the entire training session for clients under the age of 18 unless otherwise agreed with the parent/guardian and Mumen.

Medical Disclosure

Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, special needs, or concerns prior to the start of lessons to ensure trainers can make necessary accommodations.

 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in the cancellation of lessons without refund. 

Intellectual Property Policy

All content on the Training With Mumen website, including but not limited to logos, materials, images, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Training With Mumen and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. Clients, visitors, or third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing, or using any content from the website without explicit written permission from Training With Mumen. Any unauthorized use of Training With Mumen's intellectual property may result in legal action to protect our rights and interests.

Modifications to Services Policy

Training With Mumen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services, programs, or offerings at any time, with or without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their training schedules or services. In the case of permanent discontinuation, clients may be eligible for refunds or credits for any uncompleted lessons. However, Training With Mumen is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of time, or financial impact resulting from these modifications.  

Termination of Services Policy

Training With Mumen or the client may terminate the service agreement at any time for non-compliance with the terms and conditions. Termination due to failure to pay, breach of conduct, or violations of company policy will result in the immediate cancellation of services without refund. Clients may also terminate services by providing written notice to Mumen via [email protected]. Refunds for unused lessons will be issued only at Mumen's discretion and in accordance with the established refund policy.

Photo/Video Release Policy

By participating in Mumen's soccer lessons, clients grant Training With Mumen permission to use photographs or videos taken during lessons for promotional purposes, including marketing materials and social media. Clients waive any right to compensation for the use of such media. If a client wishes to opt-out of media usage, they must notify Mumen via text or email which states in writing prior to the lesson. 

Waiver of Liability for Public Venues

If soccer lessons take place at public fields, community centers, or other shared spaces, Training With Mumen is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur at these venues. Clients acknowledge that using public venues involves inherent risks, including crowded spaces, uneven surfaces, or external factors beyond Training With Mumen's control, and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the venue.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

In compliance with COPPA, Training With Mumen does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. Parents or guardians must provide explicit authorization when enrolling minors in soccer lessons. Training With Mumen takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard the privacy of minors and ensures that any personal data collected is handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Links

The Training With Mumen website may contain links to third-party websites. Training With Mumen is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Clients are encouraged to review the privacy policies and terms of use of any linked websites before providing personal information or using their services. Training With Mumen assumes no responsibility for any transactions or interactions that take place on third-party sites.

User-Generated Content

Clients may submit reviews, testimonials, or other content to Mumen. By submitting, you grant Mumen the right to use, modify, and publish the content for promotional purposes. All content must meet respectful and appropriate standards; any inappropriate or offensive material will be removed. Mumen reserves the right to edit or delete content as needed and does not offer compensation for submitted or removed content. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share the content provided. 

Force Majeure

Mumen shall not be held responsible for any delays, suspension, or cancellation of services caused by unforeseeable events beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, or other similar circumstances. In the event of such occurrences, Mumen will make every reasonable effort to reschedule lessons or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events; however, clients may receive credits for future lessons, subject to the situation and company discretion.

Health and Safety Protocols

At Training With Mumen, the health and safety of all participants and trainers are of the utmost importance. To ensure a secure and enjoyable learning environment, all parties are required to strictly adhere to our health and safety protocols. These guidelines are designed to minimize risks and maintain a high standard of care during soccer lessons.

Injury Reporting Procedures

Any injuries sustained during a session, no matter how minor, must be immediately reported by Mumen to both the client and parent/guardian. Mumen is responsible for documenting all incidents, including the nature of the injury, actions taken, and any required follow-up. Prompt reporting helps ensure proper care and continuous improvement in safety protocols.

Client Health Disclosures

Clients must inform Mumen of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect participation in soccer lessons. This includes but is not limited to respiratory issues, heart conditions, allergies, epilepsy, and other medical concerns. The disclosure of this information is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Hygiene and COVID-19 Guidelines

All trainers and participants are expected to follow strict hygiene practices. This includes regular handwashing, use of hand sanitizer, and disinfecting equipment before and after each lesson. If a participant or trainer shows symptoms of illness, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath, they are required to reschedule the lesson to protect the health of others. Mumen will monitor local COVID-19 guidelines and adjust lessons accordingly to ensure compliance with all health advisories.  

Protective Gear Requirements

Wearing appropriate protective gear is mandatory for all participants. This includes but is not limited to shin guards, soccer cleats, and any other safety equipment deemed necessary for the level of play. Clients are responsible for providing their own equipment, and Mumen will assess its condition to ensure it meets safety standards. Any refusal to wear the required gear may result in the lesson being canceled, as safety is our top priority.

Environmental Awareness

Soccer lessons are often conducted outdoors, and Mumen will monitor environmental factors such as extreme heat, thunderstorms, or unsafe field conditions. Lessons may be rescheduled if weather conditions pose a risk to participants. Clients are advised to bring sufficient water and sunscreen for outdoor lessons to prevent dehydration and sunburn.

Emergency Response Protocols

In the event of a medical emergency, Mumen is trained to provide basic first aid and will call for professional medical assistance if necessary. Clients should ensure they have emergency contact information readily available and notify Mumen if the participant carries specific medications, such as an EpiPen, or inhaler for emergencies.

 

By adhering to these health and safety protocols, both clients and Mumen contribute to a safe and positive training environment. Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in the termination of services without refund, as safety is our shared responsibility.

Transportation and Travel Liability

Training With Mumen is not responsible for transporting participants to and from lesson locations. The client is fully responsible for ensuring participants arrive safely and on time at the designated location. Training With Mumen is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained while traveling to or from lessons. 

Media Release and Use of Photos/Videos

By enrolling in Mumen's soccer lessons, clients consent to the use of photos or videos taken during lessons for marketing, promotional, or instructional purposes unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing. Training With Mumen agrees to respect privacy concerns and will not use any media inappropriately.  

Compliance with Policies

Failure to adhere to these policies may result in Training With Mumen being released from liability for any accidents or injuries that occur during lessons. If the client does not comply with these guidelines, Mumen will not be held responsible for harm to registered participants or other individuals.

 

By paying for our services and submitting a registration form on our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with all the above policies

Acknowledgment And Agreement To Mumen's Policies And Terms

By submitting registration, making payment, and using Mumen's services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies, terms, and conditions outlined in this document and any related Mumen's agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, policies related to safety, scheduling, cancellations, payments, and privacy.

 

Clients further agree that Mumen and its trainers will not be held liable for any risks or liabilities arising from participation in lessons when clients have failed to comply with these policies. By proceeding with registration and payment, clients confirm their understanding and acceptance of the mutual responsibilities and protections outlined in this handbook.

 

Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of services without refund and Mumen being released from any liability associated with the client’s failure to comply with company policies.
